Once in awhile in the last year, it didn't seem to forward from the website directly to my email. I assume it was my local email that might have been down for a few hours.
Then I can send you a consent form. After it is returned, we can set up an appointment. Since I work full time in private practice, I can usually begin seeing a client within a week or two of receiving the consent form. Sometimes other SLPs in private practice also have a part time or full time job with the school or health services, which might mean longer wait times than with Strive Online Speech Language Therapy.

If you call, please leave a message and in most cases your call will be returned as soon as the next online session ends that day. It can be challenging to answer as soon as you call, as I may be in a session online.

I ask for your patience as I often make time to check the email and respond about every couple of days. If you haven't heard from me in 2 or 3 days, feel free to email me again or contact me by phone. Again there have been a few emails that did not get forwarded from my website to my email, which I assume means my local email was perhaps down for servicing. You might also want to check to see if my reply went to your Spam email. It takes time to balance existing appointments with time to send out emails with instructions and consent forms. However, once I receive the consent form we can usually schedule an appointment within a week or two.
